Weight Journal — delete your account

You can delete your Weight Journal account and all of its data at any time, without contacting us.

In the app

1. Open Settings.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Confirm with your password — or, if you signed in with Google or Apple, sign in with them again.

The same option is in the web app, under Settings.

What is deleted

• Your account, all profiles, weight entries, body measurements and notes.
• Your GLP-1 treatment journal: treatment periods and doses.
• All progress photos — the files are erased from the server.
• Your sign-in tokens, so every device is signed out.

This happens immediately and cannot be undone. Encrypted backups expire automatically within 90 days. A record of a purchase made through Google Play or the App Store remains with that store.

If you cannot open the app

Write to suport@nextim.app from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm the request and delete the account within 7 days.
