This policy explains what happens to your data when you visit nextim.app. The apps we publish have their own policies — for Weight Journal, see the Weight Journal privacy policy.

Who is responsible

What we collect

• Server logs. Like every web server, ours records the IP address, the page requested, the date and time, and the browser's user agent. We use these logs only to keep the site secure and working, and delete them after 14 days. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Emails you send us. If you write to us, we keep your message and address to answer you and, if it becomes a project, for as long as the business relationship and the law require.

What we do not do

• No cookies — the site does not set any, so there is no cookie banner.
• No analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels.
• No third-party scripts or fonts: everything is served from our own server.

Where the site runs

The site is hosted by OVHcloud on a server in Germany (European Union). Our domain's DNS is managed by Cloudflare; Cloudflare only answers the question "which server is nextim.app?" and does not see the pages you visit.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for a copy of it. Write to suport@nextim.app. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro), or to the authority in your country.
